the whole process was tediously slow our salesman was great, knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area was well designed and offered variations for the several people present. I also took advantage to stroll to thru the new car showroom. The service was swiftly completed. They diagnosed the problem and worked with the Lincoln Customer Service Center to resolve the problem. The people there answered all our questions and provided requested documentation of the problem.
