Listening, Hearing, Action Commendation to Service Manager Larry Ledford for taking personal charge of my 2011 Ford Edge Ltd problem (low speed noise that sounded like "rumble Commendation to Service Manager Larry Ledford for taking personal charge of my 2011 Ford Edge Ltd problem (low speed noise that sounded like "rumble strip" noise in rhythmic frequency without mechanical problems in the car.). He listened, personally road-tested the car with me before and after "fix", listened to multiple cellphone audio tapes that I made of the noise, and oversaw car service. that rotated a front wheel to the rear. He reassured me that there were no serious issues with the vehicle and noted that Ford wheels similar to mine (20 inch chrome plated) are prone to noise. 24 hours later, although the noise was not present during post service test drive, it is still possible to hear noise. I plan to record noise again. Mr. Ledford and "team" did all they could to try and assess problem that they could duplicate and attempt to fix. That is the best that anyone should expect from a dealership. While it would be best if the problem no longer existed, we don't plan to pursue the issue any longer at present unless noise is coupled with mechanical dysfunction More

An hour Before Closing We pulled up an hour before closing, on a Saturday without an appointment and they took great care of my car.
