Our car price went up and down many times during negotiation After a fun filled rainy day of negotiations, my wife and I drove off the lot with a brand new Ford Exploer XLT at a price we could live with. We held firm on the price we should get for our trade, we came ready to shop with three written estimates of our cars wholesale price. A clean title and service records in hand we played a tremendous came of What If . What if we came down to $ XXXXX ,What if we sold it to you for $ XXXXX ? Our salesman Luis Gonzales- Hernandez was great to deal with. But everyone has a boss and you have to make them happy too! After going over all the numbers , and again re-running the numbers. We all came to a Happy Place. We got a new car, the dealership got a tremendous 2 year old trade-in to boot, everyone left the table friends. Our salesman Mr Hernandez was very happy to show how all the technology worked on the Ford Exploer Sync 3 systems. He set up our IPhones correctly, set door alarms , lights, wipers and gauges quickly and showed us how to make updates as needed. Our salesman also filled our new car with $45 of gas before we left. Next we were introduced to David Farewell business office manager who did a great job with explanations of prepaid additional service plans available at Advantage. We came prepared with apples for apples quotes for various mileage plans that we found at other dealers and Ford Direct. Advantage saw our business with our purchase of a service plan based on our driving habits at a fair price with a diminishing deductible. David explained that program. Again we felt that David did a great job in explanations and terminology. We our happy with our choice of our Ford product and the level of accessories it is loaded with. More

We went for a test drive-the Taurus I traded was 14 years old so I was not familiar with all the buttons-he was patient and showed me what I wanted to know. Vinny DeLuca-not sure of spelling-I bought the car on Friday January 11th-he was wonderful -a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Vinny as a salesman to my family and friends.
