Everything was great. Mark was very helpful handling our trade in and in explaining the dashboard etc. I didn’t rate Todd Bartley because I don’t know who he is. We also had interactions with Gunnar Vogel and he was excellent. Friendly staff. Easy process. Wonderful that we didn’t even have to go to BMV to transfer plates, etc. I highly recommend this Estle dealership. Did not answer financing question as we traded a car and paid cash so did not need a loan. More
