My wife took 2020 Traverse in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated but I was charged for a rotation. Oil change sticker was changed so I hope oil was. Maybe a work order issue. Called rotation. Tires were not rotated but I was charged for a rotation. Oil change sticker was changed so I hope oil was. Maybe a work order issue. Called service department about issue and was told to bring vehicle back to receive rotation. I live 30 miles away and will require special trip to have rotation done before we take vehicle on vacation. My wife doesn't check if billed work was completed but I do. Not happy with extra trip to dealer. More
