Had a great experience purchasing my truck from Estle. I had no luck locally finding a truck that had the features I wanted at a price I wanted to pay so expanded my search nationwide and found exactly wh I had no luck locally finding a truck that had the features I wanted at a price I wanted to pay so expanded my search nationwide and found exactly what I was looking for at Estle. I live over 500 miles from the dealership so everything was done over the phone and email. The salesman, Devon was great to work with as was the finance manager. The whole process was very easy and there was never any hard sell or pressure, all very laid back. When I arrived to pick it up, after an 8 hour plus drive, they had it parked out front waiting on me and it was better than the pictures had shown. I love the truck and can't say enough good things about Estle Chevrolet. More

Incorrect loan amount ($3400 extra charges- included a warranty that was not wanted) Car had a $400 bill repair before first month payment. When test driven this was made aware to Mark. Rear Break pad cli warranty that was not wanted) Car had a $400 bill repair before first month payment. When test driven this was made aware to Mark. Rear Break pad clip missing. Wasn’t even enough gas in the car to drive it 50miles home after purchasing. When calling mark to explain how the car was in the shop being repaired before the first payment he said “sold as is” Thanks for the terrible business More

Devon Pearson did a great job helping me. I am not happy with the smell of the interior of the vehicle. The cabin filter (which my husband charged) had a nice nest in it I have cleaned and oz I am not happy with the smell of the interior of the vehicle.
