Devon has helped my family buy cars for years— fabulous cars! He really listened to what I was looking for but didn’t pressure me. He was honest and very friendly! Devon also mentioned that if you need any work done to your car for any reason, they get you into a rental immediately, so you’re never without! He fueled it up for me, washed it and let me know about the free car washes they offer to clients. I am so happy with my choice and will definitely be returning in the future! 10/10 would recommend! Not feeling trust, concern, or customer service focus with the Service Team. I was never told how long my 9am appointment would take, upon arrival, the reference was made as to them calling me when my ve with the Service Team. I told them I had not made arrangements for anyone to pick me up as no one ever stated this would be a lengthy visit. I was told they close at Noon, so it should be before that time. I said, "Well, I guess I can go on over to Planet Fitness and workout and wait there". Planet Fitness is across the street --a bit of a walk when it is 3 degrees outside! The service team person never spoke up and said,"We can drive you over!". I worked for a different General Motors dealership and there is NO WAY this type of treatment would have been acceptable. I was NOT due for an oil change, but a piece had cracked and allegedly I had no oil in my engine. My vehicle is still under warranty---but--I was charged for an oil change. Repeat---I was not due for an oil change. I had no oil due to a broken piece. My vehicle is still under warranty. Brandon, Service person, said, "That is just how it is". I paid for the oil change. Vehicle STILL has warning lights, check engine lights, drives like garbage, Assistant randomly pops up despite me not touching a darn thing that would engage the Assistant----so--I have my vehicle in the shop at another dealership. After THEY heard how I was treated at Estles, even those service people were pretty shocked and as disgusted as I am. A $45k vehicle may not be a big deal to others, but to me, this was the most expensive vehicle I've purchased. As a 3rd Gen General Motors employee, I am so sad to see how the brand is being represented at Estle's. More
