This dealership stock vehicles with no "genuine titles and documents". They are a bunch of "dubious auto dealers". Avoid them as much as you can because after you finalise your purchase i guarantee titles and documents". They are a bunch of "dubious auto dealers". Well, I did my research first (on the internet). Many many hours deciding on what luxury SUV I wanted. Almost all the top rated used Luxury SUV's are at this place...100's of vehicles to look from. 99% many hours deciding on what luxury SUV I wanted. Almost all the top rated used Luxury SUV's are at this place...100's of vehicles to look from. 99% Very High End. from a couple of months old to mid 2000's.. The prices are well below Market Price, and they have a an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. So, I decided that I was going to this place first to look. I called and originally talked to Steven Perelman. Very nice guy. Told him I was interested in the Infinity QX56 or one of the many Mercedes Benz ML500, ML450 or the GL500 (as they have many to look at). To my surprise- many many Porsche Cayenne's, Audi's, BMW's, Lexus, and much much more. So, my husband and I set out on our treck to Auto Holding, on a very rainy day to make our decision. We get there and the amount of vehicles on this lot is amazing. Steven was busy with a customer, so we worked with GENE P. - who is absolutely awsome to work with. Very professional, very friendly, honest and funny- which I feel is important to lighten the air when selling cars- I personally don't want to deal a staunch used car salesman- trying to sell me snake oil. The Vehicle we asked primarily to see was the 2008 Infinity QX56- and unfortunately- it was not on this lot. It was in one of their many very full wharehouses- nearby. So, we go to this wharehouse (totally looked shady from the outside) low and behold- opened the doors and full of awsome very high end vehicles. My husband and I were in complete awe. Took some time to move vehicles out to get to the Infinity- but well worth the wait, my husband and I got to look at some vehicles, I will never be able to look at, let alone afford in my lifetime...So, this place totally has something for everyone. Back to my personal experience- I had a trade in, unfortunately- a 2009 Nissan Rogue SL AWD w/ very low mileage- I made the mistake of using NADA Books to find out what my Trade In should be worth. The big problem with that, is this is for consumer's- Dealers when buying vehicle trade ins- do not go by this price. So, my vehicle being very popular right now in the market- and it seems everyone has one- not to mention the Nissan Rogue is not a high end luxury vehicle- so, I did not get nearly as much as I thought or expected I would get. Partially due to the fact that Kelly Blue Book and NADA give you a price that is not what many used car dealer go by. Honestly, I can't complain, all the vehicles they have are going for a good amount below/market book value- which is why I travelled pretty far to see their cars in the first place. SO, anyone thinking you are going to get what NADA or Kelly Blue Book is sayig your car is worth- you're in for a rude awakening. At least these guys were honest about it. Not to mention these guys buy stuff at auction- so they are not normally paying market price on vehicles to begin with- obviously- since all vehicles I looked at were below market price. I am usually pretty aggressive when it comes to car sales- but honestly, there was nothing to be aggressive about in this deal.. Everything was explained in the price given on my trade in, and really this was a great deal. We financed the rest of the Purchase and there were no issues and we also got a warranty- definately a great deal! SO, anyone looking to get a high end luxury car, this is the place to go. Gene is the guy to see. I definately will try and talk our friends into making the treck out to Auto Holding- it is totally worth it. Hopefully, I will not need another vehicle for a while, but my husband may in the next year or so- we will definately go there to make it happen. No Snake Oil Here! SEE GENE P.! More

The car buying process was one of the most easy going experiences I ever had, I went in asked to see the vehicle took it for a test drive with Stephanie and I was sold. The financing of the vehicle was a breeze, I put a down payment then they went to work to secure the best possible loan with the lowest interest rate. Overall experience was amazing, I didn't have to second guess if I could of gotten a better deal else where.
