Amazing customer service!! I could not be more happy with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Devon! Joe DeCarolis was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and truly mad I could not be more happy with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Devon! Joe DeCarolis was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and truly made the car buying experience enjoyable. He was very patient with me and took the time to show me my options. He answered all of my questions and most importantly, he was honest which I never felt at other dealers. I could tell he cared about building a relationship with his customers, not just a quick sale. I ended up ordering a car and I was on a bit of a time crunch as my current lease was coming to an end. Joe made sure that I had my car on time and had a great deal waiting for me when I got to the dealership. He continues to follow up with me and check how things are going. I absolutely love my car. My overall experience at the dealership and with Joe far exceeded my expectations and was truly amazing customer service. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Joe! More

Better than best! I had been shopping for a new car lease and went to a ew dealerships. One in particular made me fee like I could not afford the car I was test drivin I had been shopping for a new car lease and went to a ew dealerships. One in particular made me fee like I could not afford the car I was test driving. I walked into the Euromotors Mercedes Benz dealership and Joseph Decarolis took care of me from that point on. He took the time to show me the car and test drive. We explore options and he was candid enough to suggest things that made sense and that didn’t not when configuring the car. He managed my expectations throughout the process and delivered a newer car model for the same price! I am as very pleasantly surprised. He continues to connect with me postsale so clearly his relationship with clients does not end with the sale. I highly recommend this place! More
