Couldn’t be happier I’ve used this dealership for services frequently over the past few years and couldn’t be happier, so I recently purchased from here too. I leased from a different Mercedes dealership a few years ago but started using Devon out of convenience for service and was stuck! With twins in the toddler stage, getting things done is generally a process but Devon’s always been super helpful and friendly with quickly scheduling services, providing an appropriate loaner vehicle, picking up and dropping off my car at my house, and complementary car washes. The facility is very nice and the staff is always friendly and helpful. When my husband and I decided to purchase we knew we wanted to stick with Devon. Evan Kakos helped us with our original lease. At the time, I was pregnant and brought the double stroller, car seat, baby bag & duffel bag to each dealership (bmw, audi, infinity & mb) I tested to see what would truly fit my needs. The Mercedes fit our needs best & Evan was the most helpful dealer, so when we found out he had moved to Devon Mercedes we were very happy. Double whammy—the dealership we preferred and the dealer we appreciated most—so we sought him out for our purchase. Between my husband’s schedule, mine, and our twins’ hectic schedules we had awkward and limited availability but Evan bent backwards to do what worked best for us. Both he & other staff were super friendly and helpful with the kids while we were there too. When you find a person and a place that knows how to keep you happy, and you can trust, you don’t want to leave. More

I ended up ordering a car and I was on a bit of a time crunch as my current lease was coming to an end.
