I was buying a car at a very challenging time. Once I decided on the GLE 350, it took numerous times to find a car that was not already sold out from under me. Evan managed these challenges by being upfront and direct. I felt he worked very hard to find me the vehicle that I eventually ended up buying. It was frustrating to pay $500 to get a car shipped in order for me to buy it. And on the financing side, some of the paperwork didn’t transfer to the financing company. So, there were some pieces I had to pick up after the fact. Evan was very pleasant and actually fun to work with, especially given the challenging circumstances. While driving on Lancaster Ave. we saw EuroMotors Devon and decided to stop in the dealership. While browsing we happened to meet Evan K., a salesman. We observed that he was laid back, respectful, competent, and knew his Mercedes cars. We started a discussion and found out that many lease owners were trading in their current Mercedes. Looking around I found an interesting car. Evan suggested for us to take it for a test drive . We were impressed with SUV ,worked out a deal and bought it . Good bye Cadillac! My wife also brought a Mercedes from Evan the next week! We enjoyed our cars so much that Evan became our special sales person. In 2021 I came back to buy a new SUV from Evan. Again Evan was the same personality. and so helpful. I drove the car for about a year and enjoyed it . However my wife and I felt the car was too big for our needs. While dropping off my wife’s car for inspection,- my wife spotted a beautiful ambler harvest rose colored car in the showroom. It was late and we called Evan the next day. He invited us in to see the car . The car was perfect -smaller SUV and we traded in the bigger car. We always get compliments about the beautiful color of our 2022 Mercedes. We feel Evan deserves a5 star recommendation. Not only is he competent and knowledgeable ,he delivers. We had our goals to first find a car with low mileage and good condition. Evan delivered us cars with low mileage and perfect condition! Evan is our man to go to and hopefully he will be your man also. By the way-the Cadillac salesperson left the dealership only after a few months. I like to have a salesperson I can rely on when needed! More

Great sales associate, and a wonderful dealership, organized, friendly, bright clean - it came to pass that I stopped into the dealership probably a year ago I was going to purchase a used Tesla - ver organized, friendly, bright clean - it came to pass that I stopped into the dealership probably a year ago I was going to purchase a used Tesla - very pretty, in bright red-however, I ended up passing on the vehicle but the sales individual whom I met, Evan, was a real pro when I decided to pass and he hung in there, and like any really good sales person it was the follow up where he made the sale- it happens to be I purchased a used Volvo V90 in immaculate condition and I won’t be using their service however, from the looks of their service waiting area I wouldn’t mind it one bit! Evan Kakos is the main reason I purchased and leased three new cars from EuroMotorcars. My first car was c-400, then I leased a new GLE-43 for my wife and another GLE-53 for my wife again... 3 years lay three new cars from EuroMotorcars. Don't get me wrong, Mercedes makes great cars, but I can buy and/or lease them anywhere. Instead, I only buy my cars from Evan Kakos. Evan is a class act, he always makes time for me and makes me feel like the most important customer in the Tri-State area. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He gets me the best possible value for the vehicle of my choice and makes sure I purchase all the important warranties that I'm not even aware of at the time of purchase, but endup thanking him later for, when my tires go bad or my rims gets cracked by hitting a pothole the size of my GLE.
