I brought a Mini Cooper from European Select Motors that turned out to be a total lemon. After purchasing the car from the dealer I took it to the Mini Cooper Dealer and was told that I need a new transmission along with a list of other problems from leaking gaskets to a torn strut support mount. I drove this car less than 300 miles, most of it was from driving it back and forth to the dealer. When I brought it back to European Select Motors they did not address the issue other than saying we will “help you” but the car has been there for almost two weeks. The Manager won’t come to the phone when I call when I call nor does he return calls. When I check further on line there are numerous complaints against them of a similar nature. I can forward these links upon request. This is not an isolated incident! I am presently filing a compliant European Select Motors with the Attorney General Office and the DMV for selling unsafe vehicles, practicing deceptive sale tactics and unresponsive to customers. I believe that you should not continue to list them on your website or at least have links to reviews of dealerships so that consumers can be more aware of the kind of dealerships they may be buying from.
