We had the experience to deal with Ryan, Josh, Rafael and Kayla and I would have to say out of all the dealerships I had worked with in the past they are by far the best to work with. The experience they have and the dedication to their customers is absolutely outstanding and cant thank them enough! I definitely recommend anybody that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to go to Evansville Ford LLC, as I know that for my next purchase in the future I will definitely go back to them. I had an approved loan prior to going there with a decent interest rate. Josh and Rafael worked diligently on finding another lender that was able to beat what I had by 3%!! Thanks Again! More

An unexpected Christmas present-love my new car! Buying a new car was not something I was looking forward to, but my experience was so much better than I was anticipating. My well loved Jetta needed Buying a new car was not something I was looking forward to, but my experience was so much better than I was anticipating. My well loved Jetta needed to be replaced and the guys in the service department have always been helpful, so I decided to look at Evansville Ford. I stopped in one night to look at used cars and Bryce was friendly, helpful and understanding. He was very knowledgeable about the car, even though it was a Toyota and not a Ford. He was able to tell me the history of the car and why it was traded in, which made me much more comfortable. He took the time to talk through things with me and listened and then offered his help in my search instead of just pushing the sale on me. I didn't buy the car that night, but Bryce had me sold on the car by the time I left. (That says a lot since I usually run away from car sales people!) I went back a couple of days later hoping to buy the car. Bryce was with another customer, so Randy went on the test drive and got the paperwork started. Rafael was helpful in explaining the financing and everything was professional and relaxed. I also really appreciate the kid friendly atmosphere (coloring, TV, etc) and am thankful that Bryce helped keep them entertained while I was finishing up the process. They did an awesome job detailing the car! It was pretty spotless to begin with, but the extra detailing was nice. I love driving my Camry! I've been recommending Evansville Ford to several friends and know that when it's time for another vehicle, I'll be back. Thanks again to Randy and Rafael and thanks to Bryce for selling me on the car! More
What I didn't like!!!! I shopped for a new vechicle and Trevor Kliscz was my salesman. He was very nice and really tried to accomidate me. However he ran across blockades wi I shopped for a new vechicle and Trevor Kliscz was my salesman. He was very nice and really tried to accomidate me. However he ran across blockades with Alphorn Ford. They had the vechicle that I was interested in. The manager was driving the vechicle over the weekend and I was not able to see the Ford Edge. Trevor was working on getting the Edge for us to see on Wednesday. We live 2 and 1/2 hours away. We were able to come back on Tuesday instead and Trevor made that happen. Really liked the Edge but was not able to close on the vechicle on Tuesday because of time crunch. Came back on Wednesday the Edge was supposed to be cleaned and tail pipes cleaned. They were able to get the dents out before I took the Edge home. Tailpipes still not cleaned and Trevor tried to clean them himself. That's all good. What I didn't care for is it took 3 weeks for me to get my 2nd key. We even called several times and to no avail Alphorn Ford didnot send the key forward. We even went down to Evansville to pick it up but still no key. If I knew this is how sister daelerships worked I would not had shopped there. They need to learn to work together. I would never recomend Alphorn Ford. We were really getting tired of the run around that we were getting. Trevor thanks for all your help. More

It was the right color, in excellent condition, had really low m The 2004 Pontiac Vibe I purchased for my Mom was just the car we were looking for. It was the right color, in excellent condition, had really low miles and the no haggle price was better than similar cars in the Milwaukee area where we live, 77 miles away. The friendly and down to earth "small town" service and atmosphere was a plus too. We did have a few issues that Josh and Rafael promptly resolved to our satisfaction. 1. Upon returning home with our new / used car, we noticed the rear headrests were missing. After a few phone calls they were mailed to us within a few days. 2. One month after taking delivery of the car, the strong odor inside the car caused by air freshener and or a cleaning product had not gone away. They offered to perform a full detail service at their expense that would remedy the problem but we did not want to drive another 77 miles one way. After a few days of debates back and forth via phone and email, they agreed to send a mobile car detailer, who was doing work in the Milwaukee that day, to my Mom's house to clean the interior of her car which removed the strong odor to her satisfaction. 3. There was an unexpected fee we were able to negotiate to our satisfaction. Thank you for going the extra mile to correct the issues and turn an unhappy customer into a completely satisfied customer. We would definitely recommend Evansville Ford to friends and family. More
