Brad, I am sorry you are disappointed with our store. We aim for everyone to be completely satisfied 100% of the time but occasionally fall short. To answer a couple of the above statements please read below. #1 Service fee - That is set up as an organization and clearly disclosed on EVERY vehicle. #2 Trade Value - I do not want to insult you but your vehicle was not a vehicle suitable for resale. That being said, its next home was an auction. I cannot control what a vehicle does for price in such an environment, therefore only can look at average auction prices. We did stretch more than double to try to please you when you were here. I did not even get the $450 back out of the car due to the condition. #3 Anti Theft "Protection Plus" Yes, as a dealer ALL our vehicles have this put on at NO COST to the customer. We do this as a store because it DOES save us insurance money every year, which most customers also receive from their own insurance companies. The $199 charge is to TRANSFER warranty registration to the individual buying that vehicle. There are two separate forms you signed with the dollar amount clearly shown. Additionally there is a tag in the vehicle also disclosing amount (wish was only removed due to YOUR request to have vehicle ready and fully cleaned, which we did!). This only became an issue 4 weeks after purchase?? #4 Head Rests - I agree entirely about the safety of that vehicle and the need to have them. We did have them but were simply taken out when detailer took them out to shampoo interior. This was oversight on our detailer for not putting them back in. When we were notified, we searched for them, and shipped them immediately to your requested address.... Mistakes do happen, but we were very diligent on getting them to you. #5 Smells??? We do have an outside company come in to help make sure vehicles are as close to perfect as they can. This company disinfects, deodorizes, and has capabilities of fixing stains and or rips. Clearly that smell was in the vehicle BEFORE you took delivery. You happen to be the first person EVER to dislike this. We go through great measures to deliver a top notch pre-owned vehicle to our customers and most appreciate that. #6 Port-a-Potties - Yes we are building a BRAND NEW FACILITY. Our septic tank was under this new building, and unfortunately this was the case for ALL my customers and employees since May 2014. We hate them as much as you but do not have another option. To our relief we move into our new store FRIDAY DEC 12th, 2014 and this will not ever effect us again. CORRECTIVE ACTION: We offered to refund the amount of the theft product and offered to give you a complete detail which would re-clean your interior (only to resolve the freshener you don't like). I was surprised at the decline only because I would not pay to have YOUR vehicle transported from Milwaukee to our facility and back. I feel I went above and beyond offering the refund and a $125 detail package and the least you could do is drive your vehicle to us.

Brad, I am glad to hear we could resolve everything for you. The import leason I learned is even though you try to hit a home run on customer satsfaction all the time, sometimes you fall short.
