Wonderful Buying Experience We were in the market to replace our old Dodge and utilized the USAA car buying service and found Everest Motors listed as an approved dealer, and we We were in the market to replace our old Dodge and utilized the USAA car buying service and found Everest Motors listed as an approved dealer, and we know why. Online Photos Several things made this a great experience starting with their online photos of their vehicles. They put a lot of high quality photos online and even take the time to show any flaws, etc. which I appreciate so it's not better online than in person. Sales (Victor) I dropped by on my lunch break to check out a truck and was in a hurry and Victor took care of me and was conscientious of my time. The one I wanted to see was in one of their back lots with many trucks in front of it but not once did he make it seem like I was "wasting his time". He was professional yet relaxed through the whole process, even when I started considering another truck at a different dealership he didn't change his attitude towards me. I can't say enough about Victor. Service Team Although we knew we were buying a used vehicle and although they already did a lot of cleaning and detailing of the truck, there were a few minor items that we asked if they could address and they didn't hesitate to accommodate and fixed them right away. There was a small tear on the back of one of the back seats and the guy fixed it right then and there while Victor went over to show us another truck we asked about. And a great job he did - I thought he replaced the whole back seat until he pointed out where it was. Final Paperwork (Mansoor) Admittedly we already had financing lined up but still the final paperwork, etc went really quick. We had our two young girls with us and my oldest said to me that night when we got home that "that wasn't as long as you said it would be". Mansoor took the time to call me the night before after hours to check that he had the paperwork ready to go for us when we came in. No sitting around wasting all day...quick in and out. Summary When (not if) we come back to Everest to make another purchase we hope that all the people we came across are still working there as it really made for a wonderful buying experience! Yes, who would use the word enjoyable after a full month of truck searching all I find is either sales persons who has no idea about diesel trucks, 20%+ APRs and overpriced trucks! I came to the right place! Vector got me the perfect truck for my budget, and Josh, what can I say about Josh! He did an incredible job fighting for me got me a 7.99% APR! They know what they are doing and they are badass at it! The crew detailed the truck and made it look like brand new, the whole time their communication is 100%, and Vector made us feel like home! I had previously bought a truck at EM and when the need arose to buy another one, I did not hesitate to browse through EM's inventory on their website. I called them and stated I was ready to buy a Ford F-250 and was headed their way. When I arrived, EM had already prepped my paperwork as well as the truck. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied not only with my truck, but with the deal we had reached.
