Was a great expereince, service rep (the second one) listened understood and immediately addressed my issue. Had it confirmed in no time, and gave me an appointment for teh next day. I just have to say what a wonderful group of people this dealership has working there. From the moment I walked in, to the time I left, I felt nothing but kindness, respected as a customer, and welcomed wi dealership has working there.
