Completely satisfied I purchased a GMC Sierra crew cab from Jerry Snyder drove it for 6-days & the truck malfunctioned, this was on Labor Day & the dealership was closed. I purchased a GMC Sierra crew cab from Jerry Snyder drove it for 6-days & the truck malfunctioned, this was on Labor Day & the dealership was closed. I took it back the following day & spoke with Derrick Powell, Derrick was awesome I told him I was worried after the truck malfunctioned, that I mighy have a lemon. They fixed the truck, it was just an ignition coil that went bad, but while they were fixing the truck I found one on the lot that had just came in, I went to Derrick again & asked if I could work out a deal on that one, Derrick called back the next day worked out a deal & told Jerry what was going on, they had paper work almost ready by the time I got there, I signed paper work & man I love my new GMC-(I'm even glad the other one malfunctioned) I like this one much better.
