Very Caring... For a Salesman! I was looking for a small truck or Jeep that was used, but did not have huge payments. Matt was my salesman and was NOT a typical salesman...he was n I was looking for a small truck or Jeep that was used, but did not have huge payments. Matt was my salesman and was NOT a typical salesman...he was not pushy and seemed to really care about what I was looking for. Although I ended spending a bit more than I wanted, I was impressed with what the dealership gave for my trade in (just about what I wanted from a "private seller") and helped me tremendously with a kind heart....I believe my purchase is a better one for the long run. Matt was courteous and takes his job seriously...although I believe he would be better suited as a doctor or something of that nature! The only drawback was when I asked the financial officer, Mark, about a specific issue, and he just gave me the "oh well" look and didn't really seem to care. That was the only issue that I had and made me feel like his job is just a JOB, not that he really cares about his customers and what they are having to pay once the "deal is done." More

Outstanding service, Great Experience I came from Florida to buy a Suburban from Neil Parsons. I wanted a very specific Suburban and was having trouble finding just what I wanted. I thought I had a deal with a Florida Car dealer BUT they could never deliver the Suburban they promised me. I then turned to another dealer who would only sell me the SUVs on his lot.
