Mickey Mouse outfit. Unprofessional. Took my car in for an oil change , now it leaks oil and so called certified mechanic forgot to put valve cover shield plate bolts back Unprofessional. I brought my truck in for its first service and a wash just the outside or what the servicemen said I needed. I ask was there a charge they didn’t know so I ask for them to check and call me if there was just the outside or what the servicemen said I needed. I also shared the fact that the truck was not cleaned when I picked up the truck from purchase. Don’t mind paying for service as long as I know how much ahead of time. Left the truck 8:30 Thursday morning and to return late that afternoon. Well I came up your drive at a little after five and much to my total surprise the truck was still as I had left it, and believe me it was a surprise. I could not believe I had been just blown off, and yes the engine service was performed, I think I wondered that now, and they were to rotate the tires as well, I can assure you the techs can not move all four tires and not disturbed any dirt. The service men I spoke to when I went in to get the keys and yes all I wanted was to leave your establishment, Much faster than I arrived, I really thought Everett was a different place, one that new what a new customer was worth to a business and how to keep them coming back. I wanted to let you know not to gain anything but maybe help for the next person that walks through your doors! Good luck as I know handling employees is a full time job! More

Way to go! I have been a customer for at least five decades ( formerly Bush) and the experience last week was up to par with ALL of the purchase I have made. I live in SC and the staff took care of everything--including getting my tag. No high-pressure, excellent knowledge of the car features, courteous--a pleasure buying a car. I (we) look at cars on Sundays to avoid the "tactics" of high pressure and then come back and purchase. A pleasure--how many people can honestly say that? I left a sticky note on a chair to reserve it for our next purchase! Ha! More
Followup on prior poor service review. I received a call from Kristine Lickfelt the service manager apologizing for the prior bad experience.I was asked if I would bring the car (still unde I received a call from Kristine Lickfelt the service manager apologizing for the prior bad experience.I was asked if I would bring the car (still under warranty) back for revaluation which I did. After a thorough week long evaluation by the Everett service folks ,the problem ,a slight clunking noise on automatic transmission gear changing was discussed by them with Chevy tech services out of state. I was assured by Kristine there was no danger driving the vehicle. I was told opening the transmission to try and find the issue causing the noise might not be successful and could cause other problems.I do believe now that the issue was addressed in a satisfactory manner and I am pleased with the evaluation.Thank you all for your concern and attention to the matter. SERVICE DEPARTMENT PROBLEMS and REPAIR FAILURE Brought car in for recall repair and one other problem.vehicle under warranty. Gave Marty a printout of possible cause of problem. He did not give to service personnel as requested because he did not feel it necessary.Service foreman was very nice and checked this concern after inquiring why not done as requested. Problem was not corrected as they did not know what the cause was and told me it was "probably normal" and related to the transmission and not to worry about it.Will take to another dealership for reevaluation. Marty's attitude and lack of concern especially with current GM recall problems is problematic. More

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT REPLACED A DOOR HANDLE, DUE TO FAULTY CHROME TRIM, AND THEY PAINTED THE NEW HANDLE TO PERFECTLY MATCH THE SPECIAL PLATINUM ICE TRICOAT FINISH ON MY VEHICLE. LOOKS PERFECT!!!
