I had been on the hunt for a vehicle with very specific specs, and after a lot of searching and waiting, a new vehicle listed as "Coming Soon" at Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac caught my attention. It had just been listed that morning, and although there were no pictures or details yet, the VIN decoding looked very promising. So I sent an inquiry. A little while later, I heard back from Neil Parsons, who explained that it was a fresh trade-in and still needed to go through their shop for service and detailing. I explained that I was seriously interested and asked if he could send a few quick pictures or a short walk-around video in the meantime. Within 30 minutes, Neil had sent me a video walk-around showing the vehicle, inside and out, while it was still in their service bay. He answered my questions and offered to hold the vehicle with a refundable deposit, which I was happy to do. So we were off to a great start. We all know how difficult and stressful the car-buying process can be, but Neil made the entire experience remarkably easy. Not only is he a car guy, but he's genuinely very personable. He took the time to answer all my questions promptly and address any concerns. Most importantly, given my challenging schedule, I was able to handle virtually everything via text. Neil also went above and beyond in several ways. The car was missing floor mats, so he ordered a new set without me even asking. The key fob case was cracked, so he arranged a replacement. He also helped coordinate an independent pre-purchase inspection (PPI), which was a non-negotiable for me. And throughout it all, he was incredibly patient, even as we went back and forth on the numbers and worked through a few unexpected hiccups. He remained kind, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. I also had a couple of brief conversations with Derrick Powell, the Sales Manager, and appreciated his patience in sending and revising the purchase agreement through the many iterations we went through. All of this was particularly important because I was purchasing the vehicle sight-unseen. But the entire team at Everett GMC delivered a first-class experience. And the vehicle itself did not disappoint; it arrived exactly as described and photographed. I was genuinely impressed. Even better, Neil's support didn't end when the deal was done. After receiving the vehicle, I had a few follow-up questions, and he was just as responsive and helpful as he had been throughout the purchase. That speaks volumes about his character and commitment to his customers. It's no surprise he's been doing this for 19+ years.
