I have decided to give a review to this dealership for the exceptional service I recieved from one of it's employees Joel Arel. I recently had an error message on my wife's Tribeca it was error bb.I am in the exceptional service I recieved from one of it's employees Joel Arel. I recently had an error message on my wife's Tribeca it was error bb.I am in Australia and a long way from a Subaru dealer and by phone with the closest dealerships was not able to ascertain the problem as it would be neccessary to drive to the dealership.Given that it might have been a problem with brakes I did not like the idea of driving accross the Clyde mountain range to Canberra. My wife googled the error code and found a reference to a person in the USA who had this issue and it mentioned that Joel Arel at Evergreen Subaru had solved the problem. I rang him from Australia and he was very helpful and promised to investigate and get back to me.That very day he advised me by email that it was a issue with the brake vacuum booster.I had a local mechanic look at it and found a thin tube had come loose,we replaced it and presto problem solved. Joel Arel saved me a lot of possibly dangerous travel.Even though I am in Australia he showed great concern and professionalism.If Evergreen Subaru have more staff like Joel Arel then I would have no doubt in recommending this dealership.
