I arrived a few minutes before opening at 0730 - I thought they opened at 0700, no big deal, my fault. Took 21 minutes to get checked in - all I needed to do was drop off the car. As a result I missed thought they opened at 0700, no big deal, my fault. Took 21 minutes to get checked in - all I needed to do was drop off the car. As a result I missed seeing my kids out the door to school by about 5 min. Not sure what the delay or confusion was, seems like a long time for drop off. Care was cared for properly and at a fair price. Would also like to see pick up go more quickly, but not nearly as bad as drop off. More
