I worked with Scott Holpfer and it was super easy to work with him. I told him what I was looking for and he told me what options I had and did so without being pushy or demanding. Poor response, poor attitude, not prepared Waited 2 weeks and took 4 calls to get an appointment for warranty work. Attitude of person on first call was I was bothering him to be calling and fo Waited 2 weeks and took 4 calls to get an appointment for warranty work. Attitude of person on first call was I was bothering him to be calling and for asking for a loaner (loaner is part of warranty on Buick). Had to request a manager on the 4th call to finally get the appointment. When making appointment, had to give the time I would drop the car off so loaner could be ready. When I arrived, the description on work order for issues from my phone call was incorrect and incomplete. Fortunately I wrote out issues so I could give them to the service consultant. While I was getting order written up, my service consultant asked other consultant to get the loaner. I still waited 35 minutes for a loaner after the work order was written up. First they couldn't find a car. Then they brought a new car up that wasn't in the system for a loaner. Then had to go to find another one. When car was found, THEN they started the loaner paperwork, making copies of proof of insurance, license, credit card. The loaner car was filthy inside. Only 3700 miles and food on the floor, spilt drinks on floor and in cup holders. Tires only had 30 psi in them when they should have been at 35 psi. I will give them a break on the dirt on the floor mats because it is winter. So overall a very unpleasant experience. More

We were shown to the lovely waiting room and offered some refreshments. The new furniture was very comfortable and D. Kuebler came in a few times to check on us and let us know how things were progressing. It was also nice to have the showroom so close by so we could check out the new cars. The salesmen were all very friendly and eager to answer our questions. All in all everything made the time pass quickly and we couldn't be happier with the new management . I have leased 6 Passats and now am leasing a Tiguan and will most certainly continue to lease from this dealership. More
