Great service , very nice facility I had purchased a fairly new truck and needed some minor things done to it. That went so well that i brought in the truck that i gave to our daughter I had purchased a fairly new truck and needed some minor things done to it. That went so well that i brought in the truck that i gave to our daughter for some minor items and a checkup. Luckily i did as Pat Perry the technician who worked on that truck found a broken motor mount. We are waiting for the part to come in and get that fixed but if it would have not been detected i am sure the other side would have gone and it would have been a major expense. New dealership looks nice ... originally was going to charge me 119 for oil change and rotation but I had an email with a VW special...thank goodness 73 seemed more fair!! Well. The service department seems to have done everything they thought they could in the days that they had it and I very much appreciate it. They provided me with a loaner which I also appreciate everything they thought they could in the days that they had it and I very much appreciate it. BUT I left and only a half hour later the same problem started again so I made it back to another dealer and th that dealer had t to proceed to start at s square one. Still don’t have my car back. Emergency Service Need I needed emergency service on my Jetta, since all the warning lights started flashing and the on/off button was acting up.
