2014 Jetta Brought my car in for routine service ie; oil change. Had some concerning issues that I asked them to address. Within minutes they were able to indenting the problem, come up with a plan to correct it and put me at ease. Because of the time of day, a rental was offered to me and I was home in a timely manner. All said and done, I felt comfortable that my car was being taken care of the correct way and that says a lot. I have always had exceptional service and as a result I will be a customer for life. More
