Piss poor Took in early, service person on phone while time of check in. Didn’t get a print out. He suggested just replacing part without looking at it, then had to call 3 times to have them tell me they were still looking for the issue and in the end they replace that part, took 24 hours to complete a hour replacement. Piss poor service bring back EVS More

Mr Fox and Davis did a great job taking care of my car thank Service personnel were exceptional, how IA is handling staffing is a problem, had to make an appointment change but due to short staff, couldn’t! Serv Service personnel were exceptional, how IA is handling staffing is a problem, had to make an appointment change but due to short staff, couldn’t! Service promptly returned VM on Monday and rescheduled - not too happy with new owners (IA)!! More
