The sales man was very nice. The salesman was very nice, when we wanted to look at more trucks he brought them inside the building so we didn't need to stand out in the cold. After picking up the truck I discovered that a trailer hitch cover was broken and couldn't be installed. They offered me $300, My local dealers estimate was $533. After a good experience with the salesman the dealership didn't step up to make this right. More

Had the car cleaned up and waiting in the showroom when we got there. Walked around it, talk, talk, talk and then we took it for a test drive. That's all it took. Back at the dealership, went over the financials and options, no pressure. Talked with Erica who found us a great interest rate and took care of all the paperwork. Picked up our new car two days later and have been driving happily ever since. More
