Tried to take advantage of my coverage The entire experience was awful. I have nothing good to say about this dealership’s service department. They had my car an entire day, and kept fi The entire experience was awful. I have nothing good to say about this dealership’s service department. They had my car an entire day, and kept finding “issues” with my car (that were not at all related to why I brought the car in), however when I went to pick it up at the end of the day not one thing was done...not even a simple oil change. The delay was blamed on the GM strike, and not having parts in stock (although this was NEVER communicated). We decided to take my car somewhere else, and were told “good luck”. The claim they opened to fix my car was never closed, so my husband had to call the coverage provider and ask them to force close the claim IA opened. Well the “good luck” happened, because another dealer was able to identify all the issues AND get parts, my car was fixed in a day elsewhere. More

Poor service Poor customer service. Waited 5 minutes before anyone helped me after I arrived. 2 employees noticed me, but never bothered to move from their seats, Poor customer service. When I saw my car was done it was another 15 minutes before anyone came to give me my paperwork and check me out. So I had to go and ask to get my paperwork and pay myself. Then another 5 minutes to find my paperwork and bring it to the front so I could finally pay and leave. More
