Oil Change Went in for a standard oil change. I also asked them to check my power steering fluid and to put a new wiper on the back window. I gave them the ra Went in for a standard oil change. I also asked them to check my power steering fluid and to put a new wiper on the back window. I gave them the rating I did because of previous experiences there. I was taking my vehicle there routinely and the didn't even tell me or know that my sway bar links needed to be replaced. I was asking them if they check the noise out but they always came back inconclusive. I had to take it to someone else in order for that to be made know to me. It just always seemed to me like once I got some work done to my vehicle there, something else would be wrong with it a few days later almost like it was done on purpose. Not officially accusing anyone of anything but that's just how it seemed to me. So I found a real mechanic that can tell me what's wrong with my vehicle when I ask him to check out a noise. Is it not so that they're supposed to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle instead of the other way around? What's the point of the multi-point inspection if y'all can't tell me anything other than oil and filter problems? Doesn't make sense to me. Nevertheless, I only went there yesterday out of desperation because I waited till the last minute to get an oil change and I knew I didn't need an appointment to get one. I don't really plan on coming back or recommending anyone to go there. #sorryNotSorry More
