After weeks of looking at other dealerships in my area I saw a used vehicle on a website that led me to Ewald Chevrolet. I was reluctant at first because the dealership was over an hour from my home but I saw a used vehicle on a website that led me to Ewald Chevrolet. I was reluctant at first because the dealership was over an hour from my home but I took a chance and reached out to Nikki in the internet sales department. She was able to provide a video with an accurate narrative telling me about any visible dents, scratches, stains on the vehicle. After this Andy reached out to me from the sales team to see if I was interested in seeing the vehicle in person and test driving. I drove up and looked at this particular vehicle along with 2 other options. Andy was patient as I looked at and test drove 3 different used vehicles. The best part was that Nikki or Andy never pressure me to make a decision on the spot and I went home to think about my options and discuss it with my family. I was able to speak to Andy the next day and we worked out pricing over the phone which saved another drive up. After that I thought the Ewald team would start pressuring me for financing. They never did. In fact, I had a low interest rate secured with my credit union and I told Mike in their finance department if he can match the rate I would go with them. He exceeded my expectations and got me a lower rate. When I met with Mike to sign the documents, he was open and honest and did not push me to take all the additional warranties and add on services offered. He explained the pros and cons to each and let me make a final decision without pressure. I am extremely happy with my decision to use Ewald Chevrolet and I would make the trip again on my next vehicle purchase. More

The dealership lost my truck when I dropped it off in the service bay. Did not review the service history before recommending an $800 service that was completed 7 months prior in order to diagnose an issue. service bay.
