From the show floor to the service center to the office, I'm greeted friendly with a smile. I have never once felt disgruntled after visiting. I realize that the process of buying a car can be intimidating and a hassle. However, I don't feel like that when purchasing a car from this company! After conducting extensive research on the next vehicle my family is going to buy, I ended up with a few options that happened to be located at Ewald Chevrolet Buick. Additionally, while reviewing this website, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Mr. Warren now works at Ewald. Since my prior experience with him had went well I figured I’d reach out to him for assistance with my current purchase. On Sat. 2/16/19 I utilized this website & texted Mr. Warren. I stated that I had previously done business with him & was interested in doing so again. I received an immediate response asking who I was – no greeting, no interest in pursuing further business, no appropriate customer service at all – so I responded & provided my full name. I then received a 2nd response stating “uh huh”. Now, I’m a pretty easy-going & laid-back kind of guy so I tried to give the situation the benefit of the doubt. Since I don’t know Mr. Warren’s personal contact information, I can’t guarantee with 100% certainty that by utilizing the website in my attempt to contact him that the process was entirely successful – maybe it’s a flawed system, maybe my messages were incorrectly routed, etc. As a result, I personally called the dealership 3 times last week (from Mon. 2/18/19 – Sat. 2/23/19) in an effort to try & get in touch with Mr. Warren, subsequently verified with them that the text messages I received were from a phone # associated with Mr. Warren, but never got a response. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the outcome of these events. A lot of my family members & friends have loyally bought vehicles from this dealership due to their consistently satisfying experiences, but at this point it’s fair to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere so I can negotiate & deal with a more conscientious & reliable salesman. More
