Very disappointed in the service I received the mechanic that did the oil change was a absolute joke He left my vehicle with greasy hand print everywhere. I dropped off a car to have a diagnosis of a check engine light that was coming on frequently in connection to hesitation and chugging under light acceleration. There was no diagnosis of the error codes from the check engine. They simply guessed at a solution. I was livid that it took that long to inform me of an oil change. Because I needed the car back, I agreed to the oil change. I knew xxxx well that wasn't my problem. I got tires, fleet farm was going to align but told me the control arms were loose and needed to be replaced. Both Michael and the tech at Ewald said the arms were in perfect shape and did not need repair the control arms were loose and needed to be replaced.
