I trusted him and even referred friends, thinking he’d provide good service—but they also reported feeling pressured and misled during their car buying experience. What was sold as a great deal turned out to be full of hidden issues and unrealistic promises. I usually try to support businesses and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this situation felt more like a scam than a sale. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Sean Brockington at Exclusive Motors. Don’t let the charm fool you—protect your wallet and peace of mind. More

After finally getting my car back, I was told to take it for a test drive — during which I immediately noticed a rubbing noise and strange sensation coming from the wheel. Now I’m forced to sit and wait again while they re-diagnose the problem. This place has consistently been inconvenient and unprofessional. If you value your time and vehicle, I would not recommend bringing your car here. More

I f I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t. 13 days after I purchased a car I had to have it towed back to them. I received a text saying that the car would be ready at 5pm. So you sold me a car with problems already. They gave me the run around no one was being helpful. Couldn’t get a loaner car or anything. I do not want the car. You’ll can keep it. Just reimburse me.
