I asked Exclusive Motorcars, by phone and text, to rescind a deal on a truck within 24 hours of signing the paperwork. I rescinded the deal due to an unexpected rise in insurance costs on the vehicle. rescind a deal on a truck within 24 hours of signing the paperwork. I rescinded the deal due to an unexpected rise in insurance costs on the vehicle. Exclusive did not return 5 phone calls over a week and a half period. On the sixth call I was informed that although I did not consummate the deal with a down-payment Exclusive still went ahead presented the paperwork to the finance company for payment. Exclusive received their payment which made me responsible for the $30,000 note on the vehicle. If you look on CarGurus you will see that 21% of their customers, come away very dissatisfied. That's almost 1 in 5. If you use this business, then go in with your head on a swivel because they will take advantage of you. More
