Basically, they sold me a car that they said was "checked out" and "certified," but in fact it broke down 4 days after I bought it, from a pre-existing condition that is very easy to spot. If they had actually done a "check-up," then they would have noticed that the engine was "slushed" and needed to be replaced. They even bold-faced lied to me, saying that a blinking oil light was "fine" and "not a problem" because they "check out their cars" beforehand. Then, once the problem was located, instead of being straight-forward, they lied and dragged their feet for a month before coming to the conclusion that they "didn't care what happened after the car left" their grounds. While they were pleasant and nice while they were SELLING the car to me (obviously,) one seller was unbelievably rude and dismissive when discussing the problem with me. If they really want to be a reputable dealer, they need to learn that honesty would be the best policy before AND AFTER a sale. If they had simply and politely told me that nothing could be done, then I would have written them off as just a dealer that sold crappy cars, not one that not only sold worthless cars but also had equally worthless businesspeople working for them. I would take your business elsewhere, and be more skeptical. More
