Only been here three times for minimal work on car and all three times something was either not done or it was a hassle to get a rental when car was in shop. It’s the only dealership I’ve been to that doe all three times something was either not done or it was a hassle to get a rental when car was in shop. It’s the only dealership I’ve been to that doesn’t have plenty of cars as a lender when getting dealership work done. I’m not talking about regular service work. Stuff that needed to be done from the factory that wasn’t done. Still have a seat that doesn’t slide back and fourth and wasn’t checked when told vehicle was going thru a safety check before purchase. Definitely shows they don’t do inside check for stuff to work properly. I’ve been contacted to please reach out to dealership but at this point want nothing to do with them. Also dealership should let the mechanics know most people have dash cans that record what they do in the shop. Mine went for a nice joy ride. Guess this ride is part of a check lol. Pretty much just eats up time when you wait More
