The best decision I've ever made! I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to stop into Exeter Subaru to see what they had. I walked the lot for a few minutes and then was greeted by a product specialist, Drew. He was so polite and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions for me, but was never pushy. I left and had questions for him to look into for me and he had the answers waiting for me. I went back with my husband and daughter and he made the experience painless. We knew we had to buy the car from Drew, not because he pushed us, but because he was down to earth, honest, did not oversell us on what we needed and seemed to really value us as customers. finally have a Subaru! Was looking at a dealership closer to home but needed a comparison. Walked into Exeter Subaru and was greeted with a smile and handshake from Todd Frampton. We chatted about what I was looking for. I was originally looking (online) at a Crosstrek but after sitting in it, seat all the way up so I could see end of the hood, it didn't feel right. Todd took me to look at a Forester and explained options available. He took me for a test drive, (he drove since I don't like driving others cars) and I really liked how it felt and the room inside. My old car wasn't Bluetooth capable, so he took the time to explain everything this would do like being hands free phone operation and voice activated. Todd then explained the Starlink and Eyesight equipment. He sold a car to me just from the way he greeted and treated me, just wasn't going to let him know that. I wanted to still look at what was around and what I would get for trades. In my opinion Todd is a person I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone ever. There is no pressure at all. He listens to what size/style you want, how much you have to work with and what options you want. Never once did I feel like he was selling me a car, he was finding my car for me. It was down to picking the colors, options and what I would get for trade ins. Admit that I did not get true value on one of the vehicles traded in but that would be my problem for not negotiating better. That was out of Todd's hands so no reflection on him. There was problem with the car when I took delivery, but Todd and the dealership took care of it immediately and to my satisfaction. I was given the impression that they cared more about how I felt than what had to be done to achieve that, That makes for a great transaction, and speaks volumes about the dealership. The bottom line is I am driving a Subaru, I love my car and would never hesitate to recommend Todd to anyone who was in the market for a car. More

Alex was very honest and kind and was so easy to deal with , he Always returned my calls and answered my questions even when he didn't know the answer he found the answer out for me.Everyone including the Lady who directs the calls and the service dept people made my car buying a pleasure. They are all friendly, helpful and down to earth people. I would Highly recommend this no pressure Dealership. I feel that I was treated fairly.
