I never find purchasing an automobile a pleasant experience, however short of the regular pain in the neck stuff, this was almost fun. I told the gentleman that I worked with that I was not set on making a decision to buy a car at the moment and he was very understanding. A short while after that, friends of mine said they went to Manchester Subaru, they said the prices and the experience was better than Exeter, so I checked it out. I figured out what car I wanted and they found one for me, they said come back in a few days and we'll have this car for you. Well, I went back and was so excited to have a new car. We went over what I would be paying monthly and everything, I was ready to get in my car and drive off. After all that work the guy tells me that they sold my car to someone else that morning. That was the worse experience for me, so I went back to Exeter Subaru. Every one is so friendly and eager to help you. I worked with Eric St. Pierre. He was wonderful. They didn't have the car I wanted (the impreza) in stock, so he worked really hard to find me not only the style but the color I wanted. He didn't quit and I thank him very much for working with me, answering all my questions and making my car shopping experience a breeze. I am now driving a new 2014 Subaru Impreza, and I love it! It was making a noise they tried telling me nuts were welded and spray painted on my drive shaft. I asked them why they hadn't noticed that last time. They tried to tell me someone did it as a prank. Complete b.s. they couldn't figure out what the noise was so they tried to get me to replace my drive shaft so they could get money out of me. The service guy was super rude as well. These guys are crooks. Stay away! More

He explained the car, extra options, and got us the best deal for the vehicle we wanted. The Business Manager, Greg Perrotti took care of the financial part and made sure we got the best financing rate. Overall, this was the best car purchase experience we had. Four times a charm I have had 3 Subarus, and bought my 4th a few days ago at Exeter Subaru. In the past, I've always felt uneasy about where I've bought from, never get I have had 3 Subarus, and bought my 4th a few days ago at Exeter Subaru. In the past, I've always felt uneasy about where I've bought from, never getting a good vibe from them. They all seemed over-bearing, and fake, just in it for the money and numbers. A friend of mine pointed me towards Exeter when I was looking for an upgrade, because they had had a great experience there. I am SO glad they did! Tim Hartford was great, very personable and professional. They got me the exact car I wanted and made an excellent deal for my trade-in. What stuck out the most, was that they made it clear that they weren't in it for the numbers of cars, but rather for the relationships they build with their customers. It couldn't have been more apparent that this is the case. Can't thank them enough for not only getting me the car I wanted, but also giving me the peace of mind that I am doing business with a quality establishment and group of people, that really understand the importance of customer relations.
