Found a car I went to Subaru looking for a Forrester and end up with a Crosstrek. John was easy going and not pushy, although he did text, email and call within 2 I went to Subaru looking for a Forrester and end up with a Crosstrek. I called around looking at prices and John said he would match my lowest price. It wasn't made clear to me that they'd have to find a car close to what I wanted in terms of options. I didn't realize that I'd have to pay for the additional options on the car found. I do wish that the invoice was itemized; having a set price at the top didn't explain what we were getting. I also wish that we were given more time to decide on the warrantees. We had to make a decision on the day of buying when the agreement to buy the car was made 8 days in advance. I do plan to use Subaru for service. I love the color and the drive is very nice. More

They even helped us get what we really wanted at an even better price than expected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and I hope to continue doing business through them in the future. Eric St. Pierre worked with me over a period of weeks going on many test drives in several vehicles. They were all great Subaru's, but I had to narrow it down to the perfect fit for me. My situation was quite unique. I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership (not Subaru) and on the third day of owning the vehicle it broke down and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with vehicle from the dealership (not Subaru) and on the third day of owning the vehicle it broke down and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with no cell phone service etc.. I wasn't to happy about what had happened with the "new" purchase. I called Exeter Subaru first thing in the morning to give them a piece of my mind and John very calmly told me they would have the car towed there to figure out what was wrong with it. Long story short, the engine was blown and needed a new one. I was just shocked and very upset about the whole situation, but I have to say they couldn't have handled the matter any better. They stood behind their product the whole time, even though they didn't necessarily have to. Try to find that else where! Great group of honest, professional and just all around good people! If you're looking for a honest dealership that actually cares, here you go. More

We bought a new Subaru in 2011 from a salesman that is no longer employed at Exeter Subaru. We were told by our friend to meet Eric Pokorski . I am glad that we did. Eric is a very professional salesman with a lot of knowledge of the Subaru product. He prepared the vehicle for our road test in advance of our appointment which went very well. He spent the time needed explaining the buying process and had my trade appraised. We felt the number for the trade was fair so we negotiated a fair deal on the 2005 forester and I agreed to the final number. I will always recommend Eric and Exeter Subaru to friends and family.
