Purchased 2014 Outback and noticed that the steering felt very heavy. Reported it to the dealership and Melissa, Jamison and Christine had the alignment checked and realigned the car. I recently took my car in for a 10,000-mile check-up. It was my first visit to Exeter Subaru. I have to say I was surprised by the experience. I was able to get right in, and everything I spoke with was sup was my first visit to Exeter Subaru. I have to say I was surprised by the experience. I was able to get right in, and everything I spoke with was super friendly (not always the case at car dealerships). The young man told me my car would be ready within 1-1.5 hours. I sat in the waiting room and read, and to my shock, I was walking out the door twenty minutes later. They had finished my car early! The price was reasonable for the number of things I had done. They checked all the fluids, made sure everything was working okay, rotated the tires, and changed the oil. I would highly recommend this dealership. Their service department rocks! - Dawna More

It was a real pleasure working with Ann. Its great when you get along with someone so well on such an important purchase. I called her many times with questions and she always got back to us. Ann was always there for us until the transactions were done and we were comfortable with operating our new car. We love our new Outback its the most luxurious car we've ever owned, Ann was right.
