We had a great experience recently purchasing our new Outback limited edition. We specifically asked to have a sales person that was vaccinated and luckily were assigned Ann Italia. Well, Christine...Your Team has DONE IT AGAIN! Both my 2015 and 2016 Foresters were in for service work. The Master Technician (Danny) did a thorough and I mean , THOROUGH, making sure all systems workin 2015 and 2016 Foresters were in for service work. The Master Technician (Danny) did a thorough and I mean , THOROUGH, making sure all systems working optimally...and the Parts department ordered the right parts, and the great folks at the Counter (Tom, for example) prepared invoices offering the best possible discounts....There were several "mystery rattles" which have been completely taken care of! Now...BOTH cars just glide along. AND...on top of all this, they very thoughtfully provided a Loaner, which was a Forester...since that is the style car I am used to driving. With everything else in Life to be responsible for...how comforting it is knowing that at least I don't have to worry about my cars. The entire Team at Exeter Subaru simply has my back! Our sales agent Keith Hathorn represented Exeter Subaru in a fine way, combining friendly, patient and supportive assistance as I test drove various models, discussed the many features and details, etc. I never felt pressured to make a decision - that’s a fine balance to strike in any sales situation - especially when cars are literally “flying” off the showroom floor! (2 literally sold from the floor the morning I was there, Mine was the third.) My husband joined me as the sale concluded. We were grateful for Keith’s honesty as he helped us to evaluate the pros and cons of the models I was considering. The finance manager was also particularly patient and helpful in discussing the various insurance options. It was a long day for us, but we left feeling not only that we’d “bought the right car for us” but that it was a good experience overall. More
