I bought the car on a bad day for me. I was in terrible pain when I got home I noticed that there was a long deep scratch r rear bumper. A clearly It had been in an accident. Worst customer experience I have ever had dealing with Sales Manager Jimmy LaFlamme. He is quickly irritated with simple questions which he views as wasting his time. At that point he makes comments that Sales Manager Jimmy LaFlamme. He is quickly irritated with simple questions which he views as wasting his time. At that point he makes comments that are personal attacks. Do not do business with Exeter Subaru. I got a better deal and respected as a customer at a nearby Subaru dealership. Rude and condescending Stopped by several times to look at certain cars and was shown cars that had much more than previously presented exterior damage. Prices were also well above market value and she didn't seem to understand this point, or otherwise just didn't care. Also emailed about another vehicle and offer the bluebook value, at which point I received a series of passive aggressive emails about how that price was unreasonable and so forth. Buy Subarus elsehwere; there are many good deals and dealers around Northern New England who don't inflate prices and talk down to customers. More
