High pressure sales made me walk at another place, there was none of that here and really happy with my Forrester. More

She took us on four test drives and shared a great deal of expertise on the different Subaru models (Legacy, Outback, Crosstrek, WRX). Hannah's knowledge, patience and understanding of what we needed in a car lead us to our decision in finding the right Subaru Outback. We'll be back again in the fall to find a third car for our teenage drivers. More

I just switched from a 2017 Impreza to a 2019 Crosstrek and couldn't be more pleased. Darren Coute, the general manager, suggested the change because I wanted a car that was higher off the ground. David Perkins explained all the car's features and took me on a test drive. A big selling point was the CD player, which the Impreza didn't have. I figured CD players had become obsolete, but not so! The car handles well, and I feel safer because I'm higher up on the highway. Everyone I dealt with was well-informed, pleasant, and professional. I'm thrilled. More

Purchase of nearly new 2019 Ascent Although our overall purchasing experience was good, we had only one issue. David Perkins, our salesperson, informed us that the vehicle was in "Mint Although our overall purchasing experience was good, we had only one issue. David Perkins, our salesperson, informed us that the vehicle was in "Mint" condition. The vehicle was parked with minimal access between the other vehicles and since we had just test drove another Ascent earlier, we did not feel it was necessary to test drive this vehicle. When we returned later in the afternoon to finalize the paperwork, we noticed that there were two small dents on the driver side doors. Our issue is that we should have been informed of these dents before we signed the P&S agreement. I had two similar sized dents repaired on another vehicle earlier this year for $250. David was very helpful with the various new safety features and Eileen was very friendly and efficient. More
