We purchased an STI from Nick and from the start he was friendly, informative, and helpful! The finance team got us the best rate and the whole experience from the time we arrived on the lot to when we drove off was only a couple hours. We didn't feel pressured and they gave us a fair price for our trade. We absolutely recommend this place - specifically Nick, Jimmy, & Dan. Thanks very much for making the day stress free :) More

Although I had watched some Outback YouTube videos which provided good basic knowledge, Justin answered all my questions thoughtfully, especially about the safety features (Eyesight is the best!). It was very refreshing to deal with a very polite, likeable and knowledgeable individual. When it came time to start the purchase process, my wife and I thought Dan Bottomley did his best to make that part of the experience as comfortable as possible. It is his job to make sure that a fair deal is arrived at--both the customer and the dealership have to feel good about it. Phenomenal Customer Service!!!! I knew I wanted a Subaru, never had one before, but wanted a safe, economical vehicle. I had visited another dealership to test drive, and wasn't satisfied with the numbers of the lease, nor the way I was treated. A friend recommended John Webster at Exeter Subaru, all I can say is WOW! From emails that I received from Kayland and Dan, to John's warm nature and professionalism, to all the smiling faces of the customers and staff that were there that day; Exeter Subaru is top notch. They didn't play games with the numbers, they didn't push me to get add ons, but did offer them. It was such a pleasure. John took my husband and I on a fantastic test drive, over hills, on the highway, explained everything in the car, including the safety features, like the bar inside the back door that takes the impact should a crash happen. Honestly, this is how car leasing/buying should be. Buying or leasing (which I did) a car is hard enough, so you want your experience to be seamless and effortless, and this was. I am looking forward to working with John Webster and the staff at Exeter as I go through this lease; will recommend them to everyone I know. FANTASTIC! THANK YOU! Oh, and as a side note.. I LOVE my Subaru Impreza Hatchback..it was tough to give up my Honda after 12 years, but the Impreza is impressive! Kudos to the entire staff at Subaru Exeter! More

Great Service I bought a 2018 Subaru Wrx from a different dealership and had an issue and decided to get it looked at on Saturday. I tried different dealerships to I bought a 2018 Subaru Wrx from a different dealership and had an issue and decided to get it looked at on Saturday. I tried different dealerships to get my car looked at, but got the run around with "we are really busy" or "we only do maintenance on Saturday". Sadly I could not even get in touch with dealerships with using the phone with so many BS excuses. I called Exeter Subaru and they were able to give me an appointment and I actually talked to somebody on the phone after a couple of rings. Exeter Subaru has good service hours on the weekend that is very helpful for 9-5 people like myself. I got to the dealership and noticed the service bays were full, but the service team looked and was in control of the department. I worked with Kyle, he personally gave me updates on my car while the car was being diagnosed. After it was done Kyle gave me the final update on what happened and what I should do going forward. Even the lady that took my info on the phone told me my car was being looked at, while I was waiting in the waiting room. The dealership inside out is very nicely designed and not overwhelming like many other dealerships around the region. Going forward I will definitely consider buying my next WRX or STI from Exeter Subaru because of my positive experience with the service team. More
