Absolutely the worst car purchase experience ever. Even though the owner swore the car was his personal vehicle for years since purchase, parked in a garage, and well cared for, there were some things we f though the owner swore the car was his personal vehicle for years since purchase, parked in a garage, and well cared for, there were some things we found and he said he would fix them. The due bill was worded such that he ended up scamming us. Lied about what was wrong and when confronted told us the "dealership where we took the vehicle" was wrong. The tests he said he would run for us were not done. Promises he made about doing right by this extremely low mileage car were all a scam. Won't name names but local dealerships steer clear of this company. Not trustworthy. DO NOT BUY without a 3rd party pre purchase no matter how good the car looks or how honest they seem when talking to you. YOU CHOOSE the 3rd party - don't let them. More

They had a year-old Volvo posted for about $3000 less than blue book which I went to look at. They claimed they listed the car low by mistake, but would still honor the price. The car was missing one of the keys, had a dent in the door, had the headlight warning on and the seats were filthy. They said they would take care of the door with paintless dent removal, get the key, and get a Volvo dealer to fix the headlight warning, and have the seats redyed. They said they got the key, but said the dealer couldn't clear the warning because a Xenon kit had been installed, and they wouldn't pay to have the dealer fix it. They then told me the only way they could fix the door dent was to send it to a body shop, and have the whole door repainted. This was not what I wanted I wanted since I was buying 1 year old car. They also told me the car came back off of a one year lease and I believed it the night I looked at the car, but no one would install a xenon kit if they were leasing the car. I went back and looked more carefully at the Carfax, and the car was privately owned---not a lease car. I stupidly gave them a deposit check for $1000 which they cashed the same night. I went back to get my deposit after I told them I didn’t want the car. They told me I’d have to pay $235 for the electronic key key which I said I’d do, and the handed me a check for $265. I told them I’d given them $1000, not $500 for the deposit, and when I gave them the check back they changed their story and said they couldn’t give my deposit back until the funds were deposited in their account (even though it had been 4 days since my check cleared). I feel bad about those people (I’m using the term loosely) getting the $1000, but I may have gotten off cheap---who knows what else was wrong with that car. I wish I’d been smart enough to read the feedback and the Better Business Bureau rating before I got involved with these guys. All the warning signs were there. More

I recently bought an Audi A4 and it was a great experience. There was no pressure form the guys I dealt with and they cut me a deal on a rare car - an UltraSport sedan with low miles. They had the cheapest cars I could find and when I got there I was pleased with how clean they are. I would recommend them without hesitation. The were honest and up front, they gave me all the info I wanted and got me a better rate than my credit union which I was approved at. I gave them a 5 across the board as I had had some awful treatment from the majority of used car dealers in bellevue and redmond, including franchised dealers. I think they have been there for years and that speaks volumes. More

I recently purchased a 2003 BMW M3 from Exotic Motors and could not be happier! I spent a good 4 months looking for the "right" car. This is not your "typical" car dealership. Tyke was very professional and straight forward. No B.S.. I must say that this was the easiest, most stress free environment I have ever experienced while car shopping. I bought a Porsche Carrera from Exotic and I was very please with the experience. I shopped for a Porsche for a couple of months and was exposed to a number of different car dealers and Exotic rated ver please with the experience. I test drove the car I purchased several times and had a Porsche mechanic check it out prior to purchase and the folks at Exotic were very patient with the process. More

My wife and I recently bought a Lexus SUV off the dealer. When we asked them if they knew of any defects in the vehicle, they offered a resounding "NO" even though they were well aware that the antenna mast When we asked them if they knew of any defects in the vehicle, they offered a resounding "NO" even though they were well aware that the antenna mast was broken and that the gas door spring was missing. We called several times (~10) but no one ever called us back. To make matters worse, they did not even sent us our license plate. We worried for a few weeks and upon calling them, they noted that the license plate was with them. The salespeople are bit too slimy and can blatantly lie. Whatever you do, do not place your trust on them. We were sadly disappointed. More
