The Worst Experience!!!! Liars is an UNDERSTATEMENT I purchased a white 2016 Dodge Challenger in September 29th, 2017 from Expert Auto at 4601 St Barnabas Rd, Temple Hills, MD 20748. The salesman Lawren I purchased a white 2016 Dodge Challenger in September 29th, 2017 from Expert Auto at 4601 St Barnabas Rd, Temple Hills, MD 20748. The salesman Lawrence, who sold me my car and promised me a second key after my hard tags and car title was issued. I am now here two months later from the purchase date without a second key. The ethics of this sale was completely off from the second sale day of having this car. I was promised car mats, a thorough clean wash for buying the car and second keys. If they were unable to provide me this they should have discounted my car so I would be able to buy my second key myself. More

They throw it back together to make it look like nothing is wrong but dont believe it. I brought my car and had it appraised and found out the car was never fixed. They wont answer the phone the gm Allan and fake assistant manager Ishamel and the finance person Tim do nothing but lie and have the workers lie and say they are not there because they the caller id. I did a online app before but get there and do another one why do the online app I'm thinking . they bait you in just to get you and then tell you how much you wanna put down when the special you came for xxxx no don't fall for this they are lying just to get you there just to run your credit and give you a down payment so you can scramble to get worst auto place I ever been to think I'm lying go head and see if you don't have a down payment or a co signer More

Sold Me A Lemon for $17,000 Fell Apart Less Than 3 Months If you want to buy a lemon then patronize them. I also discovered that they did a crooked weld job to the tail pipe under the car. It appeared wrinkled and the exhaust leaking. I reported it to Expert Auto they said it’s not their fault but Hyundai. Very disappointing on a car I paid over $17,000 to purchase only to fall apart and start having problems in less than three months? They would schmooze you to buy alright but package you with a clunker. That’s not right! More

I told them I was there to test drive the maserati and I had an appointment. The person at the front desk told me to have a seat, which I waited in my car since my daughter was sleeping. Then they came out and told me that appointment's for the maserati are before 5pm.Which then i asked why was I told I could come at this time.Then they said they didn't have the key the manager did and he wasn't there.Well magically they found the key and let me sit in it, then I asked to drive it, and the manager told me that "cars like this you don't test drive, you know what you have and just buy".He also said "not even a maserati dealership lets people test drive the cars before they buy". I have brought a house, a boat, and many vehicles, and never had this issue before. I told the salesman and manager I have several freinds with higher end cars(lambos, gtrs, mercedes amg gt, ect...) and never heard of any of the crap they were telling me. So I contacted 2 of my friends that actually have a maserati (which one just bought a 2016 ghibli) and they said that's bull crap, and to go to a real maserati dealership, where they will let you test drive the vehicle. Maybe its because I'm younger looking and african amercian female(which doesn't make sense because the building location is in a majority african american area). Either way, after all the lies and games I would never have done business with this company, who knows what else was next. I forgot to mention, that they asked several times how do I plan to finance this vehicle.Lets just say me and my husband will be taking our money to a real dealership who wants to sell a car and let the person interested test drive it. I mean its a $50,000 car who wouldn't in their right mind test drive it before they buy it? More
