I believe this dealership, and the salesperson Jessica Bliffen, took advantage of a 89 year old man who clearly should not have been sold a car. He arrived walking with a cane and in a mental state where he should have already had his license taken away (dr wanted to introduce the idea slowly). She sold him a next-to-new car (7964 miles) on-the-spot without giving him time to think about it, go home and get his title for trade in, to go to the bank to get the funds and perhaps speak to his wife and family about the idea. Instead she drove with him to his bank to get the funds immediately. Within a week he had already dented and scratched the passenger side front and back doors driving too close to a curb. Three months later the doctor took away his driver's license. Now, six months later he has finally signed over the title (stubbornly because he wanted to drive his new car) and I need to sell the car that has lost $8,000-10,000 of value from what he paid (overpaid????!!!) even though it only has an additional 1500 miles on it. My father was taken advantage of by this dealership. When I called to register a concern with the sales manager, Jeff Petka, he argued with me and then hung up on me. Clearly, they have no ethics. Think twice about supporting a dealership that takes advantage of elderly people. More

I gave them one star because I can't give them no star I purchased a car from them and the said the car was good but it wasn't after I purchased the car that day when I returned home all the warning lights purchased a car from them and the said the car was good but it wasn't after I purchased the car that day when I returned home all the warning lights came on and the engine light and I took the car back everything they said that they did they didn't do because when I got home the engine light came back on so before I took the car back again I give them one star when I receive a call from the general manager jeff patka and he said that if I don't take that one star down that he wasn't going work on my car that he felt some type of way that I did that and he don't have to work on my car because I purchased as is and he said he will not give me a rental car if they have to keep the car and no matter how many reviews I put up it still won't stop them from selling bad cars to people,so in the meantime I was asking to speak to the owner and I took the car back again they knew that I was coming from Wilmington Delaware so all they did was reset the light and told me that they couldn't find anything wrong that day when I was up there I receive a call from Michael lutman that the owner wouldn't be there the day I was up there that I had to come another day but get this the owner was there the he lied to me that was the last time I went up there so if the owner condone this kind of behavior he is only worried about money too so it's been four months and the engine light is still coming on so I did some research and found out the are laws that protect the people from dealership like this new or used or buy as is car too so people look lawyer up I will be this dealership needs to be taking down if there are any lawyers looking at this please help me and the people that this dealership done wrong More
