In the first 500 miles several problems popped up, mostly due to my ignorance. I've never had a BMW or any highly technical vehicle before. I brought the car back and both my salesman Vladimir and their head mechanic spent over an hour with me clearing up my problems and teaching me the car, I've never bought any new car and have gotten this kind of support and service. There was rust on the car and they removed it completely before even giving me the car. There were also a few stains on the seats that I noticed they didn't hesitate to send me right to a deatailer and have it removed and completely cleaned again. I walked away with a great car, and having the knowledge that if I have any problems I won't hesitate to go back to them! Good people to deal with I'm always leary about buying used cars but after losing two vehicles in the Lousiana flood and relocating to New Hampshire, I needed a vehicle quickl I'm always leary about buying used cars but after losing two vehicles in the Lousiana flood and relocating to New Hampshire, I needed a vehicle quickly and cheaply to get me through the next year or so. These guys were great to deal with and had a pretty good selection of low cost cars. I picked out a SAAB SUV and have to say that these guys were a pleasure to deal with. There were a few minor issues with the car (which I expected) but they always took care of them and the car has been great! I highly recommend going to Sevan for your auto needs, they are truly in business to make the customer happy which is a refreshing change from most of the used car lots out there which are in it just to make a dollar. More

We dealt with Vladimir for the sale and he was great! He answered our questions and lead us to a confident car buying experience. The rest of the staff was helpful and personable when we were there as well. There was an issue with the car we needed fixed and I will say their warranty program is the best! They worked with us to trouble shoot the problem and at no time did we feel they wouldn't stand by the product they sold. I will refer friends and family to them in the future absolutely! We are actually going to need another car soon and Sevan will be our first and likely only stop. Their inventory is great; a diverse selection so anyone could find what they are looking for. I really cannot say enough about how great our experience was. Keep up the good work! You definitely took the stress out of used car shopping! More
