Polite, made my oil change good after had oil leak from loose oil plug after oil change there a few days earlier. Brought vehicle back, they corrected their error and topped off my oil. We all used as a learning curve for their service department. Rated lower since they made an error that could have been fatal for my vehicle had I not been very observant and heeded the fresh oil on my pavement. They appreciated me bringing to their attention.
