We recently purchased a 2015 Maxda CX-5 from Fafama. While the salesman was excellent during the negotiation with my wife, the dealership fell down on their promises. When we went to pick up the car with my daughter upon arriving back at the house, she informed us that the gas tank was empty and then we discovered the battery for the key FOB was dead. We returned to the dealership to get these issues corrected which took 90 minutes because the Service Dept was out to lunch .... it was at this time, my wife asked if they could help us get the BlueTooth connected. The service tech told us the car was not equipped with bluetooth ... When we spoke with the manager, he quickly directed us to the small print on the advertisement that said sometimes the "extras" on the website are incorrect ??? They asked me how important this was to me and that they would call me back ..... Never received a call back .... NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND ...
