Good deals and helpful salesreps We were looking specifically for a C-Max and found several on-line. We went to one of the other discount dealers but were turned off by the appearanc We were looking specifically for a C-Max and found several on-line. We went to one of the other discount dealers but were turned off by the appearance of the show room and the seeming lack of organization. We were very pleased when we got go Fafama. It was a very pleasant showroom area, and they had the car out and ready for us to look at and take a test drive. After very brief and easy negotiations about our trade-in, we signed the contract that day. We were not going to be able to pick up the car until the next day. Because of an unexpected car accident that we had with our trade-in vehicle, we had to change our plans. Jordan and Bruno were very understanding and cooperative in changing the agreement and working with us in regards to picking up the car. When we did pick up the car it was immaculately prep and ready to go. More
